1.Equipment quality commitment
1).The manufacture and inspection of equipment are compliance with national standard and client’s technical requirements.
2).Inspection of equipment can be done by the third party upon require to ensure each parameter meets client’s requirements.

2.Delivery commitment
All equipment supplied will be delivered on time.

3.If any quality damage (excluding improper use, wrong operation, Force Majeure, etc.) occurs within warranty period, we offer maintenance for free and bear material cost. If damage caused by improper use, wrong operation and Force Majeure, we provide the paid maintenance service.

4.Technical service
1).Design of technical proposal: offer perfect solution proposal for clients according to demands and objective conditions.
2).Construction technical guidance: professional technician in charge of guidance under construction to ensure quality.
3).Technical consultation: supply technical consultation service for clients.
4).Training: operation training for users after project started.

5. Charging Standards on maintenance or repair. Free service shall be provided if there is any quality or installation problem within warranty period. Paid service shall be provided for the followings beyond warranty scope.
1).Damages resulting from the disassembly of the customer’s or non-special service unit;
2).Damages resulting from the misoperation of the customer;
3).Main parts beyond the corresponding warranty period;
4).Damages resulting from force majeure (natural disaster, normal water supply, etc..)
