As a kind of lifting microwave fast heating high temperature furnace, microwave high temperature lifting furnace is particularly suitable for the sintering of zirconia teeth, for the sintering and reduction of powder metallurgical products, and for fast degreasing, which can save energy greatly and improve quality.
It is consisted of microwave heating system, heat shaped cavity, programmable control system, microwave shielding structure, touch screen operation, lifting device, special thermal insulation module and crucible. It’s controlled by PLC control with touch screen operation: automatic, manual and thermostatical control methods; 40 programmable technology curves available; curve real-time display; data storage and export.
