Spare Parts Support

EasyFashion Industry supplies one year warranty of main equipment and spare parts. Vulnerable parts and consumables are not included in warranty but can be supplied in case clients require.

The detail service content of spare parts support:
1. Delivery:
Vulnerable parts and consumables (crucible, heating unit, sealing ring, fuse, nozzle, discharge spout, SCR, thermocouple, etc.) will be delivered accompanying with main equipment and quantities are enough for use within warranty and one additional year after warranty. For foreign client, we can supply more quantities based on actual situation.
2. Within warranty:
If the accompanying vulnerable parts and consumables are not enough for replacement, we can supply and delivery to the client site for free.
3. After warranty:
If client requires more vulnerable parts and consumables, we can supply charging only material cost and delivery expense and without any service fee.
